'Simple' delivery.

I seem to have the same problem as many others, after being told that due to the nature of my items for sale I would be able to opt out of 'simple delivery', I've found out today that the postage & delivery options have been changed on all my listings without prior knowledge. All my items are low value & are sent via a stamped standard envelope popped into the post box at the end of the road, I've spoken to an agent a couple of hours ago who had no idea what was happening but said he would contact the IT dept. & get back to me, that was 2 hours ago & no response yet! I no longer have the option for standard letter or able to quote a postage cost.....help!

Well the good news is, it looks like you are printing your items.

So if you switch to a business account - you can set your own postage.
