I recently purchased a Panasonic Television from an ebay seller. He never responded to my messages and the television was never delivered. This seller has only recently registered with ebay. He already has three negative feedbacks and one positive. I left negative feedback for this seller but ebay has removed it despite not informing me why. I originally paid £342 for the TV. The issue has been reported to ebay as "Item not received". I am awaiting a resolution and a refund. My question relates to feedback. I left, among other buyers from this seller,negative feedback but I cannot understand why this was deleted. Is there any way that I can get my feedback reinstated. This seller has been commented upon in feedback as a "SCAMMER" which I totally agree with. What can be done?. Thank you.
