I am having difficulty changing the posting choice. Keeps going back to 'Hermes door to door '. I have never used this service so don't understand why it comes up when I try to add postage to item. Why can't a choice be made manually? I know that these 'tools' are supposed to make things easier but I disagree. I have searched the help stuff but this does not seem to be addressed. I ended up out of pocket a while back as I couldn't choose 2nd class large letter for my label and ended up buying postage from PO as the item could not be sent by just 2nd class letter. I also notice that when I sell something the post comes up as buyers choice. Can anyone advise?
