Order had courier included. Paid for by the buyer who then changed his mind and collected instead.

Problem is the order shows despatched but I cannot complete the delivery to get paid.

Buyer has given positive feedback and says the goods are fine. So this should be proof of ownership and delivery.

How to I close the loop to show the delivery and transaction is complete and allow Ebay to pay me.

Without the postal tracking showing delivery the money will be released after 14 days.

Do I need to do anything or will this happen automatically as the feedback does show the buyer has the goods.

There's nothing else you can do.   The money will be released automatically.
