No Reply From Seller

Hi all

I purchased a laptop in december 

it comes with a 1 year guarantee

But it has gone kaput

I have been trying to contact seller, but no reply in messages

They are still trading as can see they have stuff up for sale

Whats my best way to try and get a response or  how do i contact ebay to get them to investigate

The easiest and probably the most expediant is to contact your payment provider and ask them to reverse the payment because the item was missold / not as described - explain you have tried to contact the seller to no avail 

ebay MBG only lasts 30 days from date of delivery and so you cannot claim under the guarantee - ebay sellers advertising gaurantees / warranties are about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike !
