Can anyone tell me has ebay lost the plot as I have had the last two orders listed as a new customer despite having over 950 transactions on my account.Impossible to contact them and the auto cant bunderstand the question.
Maybe this was part of the answer but because I had to contact paypal to find details of the transaction ebay cancelled my refund. It seems that even though ebay have opened another account we have no details of they object to contacting paypal to find item details.
As the item sent to me was not that shown on ebay and now they dont want to do anything about it. As it is a case of false selling TS say they will take the matter up. Shall use Amazon in future.
