Issues after delivery

Hello,

So ive recently got a message from buyer who hasnt got his item. The tracking shows it has been delivered,it was dpd so I have the photo of deliver as well with his doormat as there is his name on it. The item has been signed by some other person and the buyer says nobody like that lives there and he is not at hoke till tomorrow. What should i do in this situation.

As long as the tracking proving delivery is entered in the transaction and, or case you are covered for a not received claim.

Buyer opened case as item not delivered,I provided tracking by the case he opened. What to do next? As I habe time till 14th to take action
