Community updates is not the right place. You will likely have much more success getting seen and getting help if you post in the right place.
Ebay (the moderators I suppose) used to move threads to the correct boards but they don't seem to bother any more. Maybe because the discussion boards are now run by Khoros, I don't know, but the ability to get the right help seems to be of declining interest to ebay year on year.
I don't know much about how things work but I can imagine it is frustrating for people needing help with the business of the site if it isn't clear to them where best to post their questions. All I can say is that it isn't in here. Good luck.
