Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone can advise me. I bought a replacement screen for my Pixel 7 Pro from an eBay seller back in November 2024. The item was listed as brand new. A few days ago, the screen suddenly stopped working completely. It hasn’t suffered any damage or misuse — no drops, pressure, or water exposure. I believe this is a manufacturing fault. I messaged the seller but haven’t received a reply. Since it’s been over 30 days, I know I’m outside the normal return window, but I understand that UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015) still protects buyers in cases of product failure within a reasonable timeframe.
Has anyone dealt with a similar issue? What would be the best way to escalate this? Should I contact eBay directly or open a case even though it’s been several months? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
I appreciate any help you can provide.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do through Ebay or your payment provider as too much time has passed.
Try Citizens Advice maybe.
