Help Please! I need to return a large faulty gas range

I puchased a so called refurbished gas range on a buy it now for £675.00 with a £49.00 delivery last week.

I recieved it Thursday 18th January 2024.

The gas range was clearly not refurbished, the hobs do not work and the oven burns yellow - dangerous!

I started a request return on Friday 19th January for the faulty gas range, as of today Wednesday 24th January I have had no reply from the seller and he has taken down his other listings. Also I have no return address on his profile.

Can anyone tell me please how I contact ebay to resolve this and ideally get a refund?

When I look at the return case on ebay all it says is print off a QR code and return it by the 2nd February 2024.  But I have no address and it will need a pallet or specialist large item company, which is possible to organise but not straight forward.

I would really appreciate some guidence on this as this has been a stressfull experience.

Escalate the case to eBay to sort out - the seller is responsible for the return costs upfront.
