I'm a seller from Pakistan and recently started getting more active in the eBay Community.
So far, it has been an amazing experience — I've learned valuable tips just by reading through your posts.

Have a read of the ebay Business Seller Policy.

It's not something to seriously consider unfortunately. If you are buying items to sell - you should be on a Business Seller account.

Suggest caution and research before you try to sell into the UK using a UK registered Business account from Pakistan.

You are likely to have difficulties in using a UK registered account from Pakistan ---   especially eBay Selling  account setup and UK based Banking account details for Managed Payments here  and, by Default, Import/Export VAT 20% will be charged including any additional Shipping /or Duty charges.
