NOTE , this was an iPhone so more than likely stolen. Note if you are forced into using the new eBay simple delivery ,you can opt out of Evri and chose Royal Mail only. In account settings under selling chose postage preferences and toggle off the Evri selection. Do yourself a big favour!
have you ever tried to contact Evri if you have a problem? Ezra their help assistant is certainly not AI but more AFU. if you don’t disable Evri then eBay will select Evri over Royal Mail from my experience.
