Endless trouble moving money from sales out of eBay and into my bank account.

Outside of the fact that eBay has now become a frustrating and depressing place to do business from as a small seller,  I am now finding it almost impossible to get the money I have made OUT of my eBay balance and into my bank account.  In fact, in almost 6 months I have only managed this once and that was with someone from eBay on the other end of the phone.  For me what happens is you click on your eBay balance and it makes you sign back in, enter a code from your phone,  you get back to your eBay balance,  which you click on... and instead of taking you to balance transfer, it just takes you back to  'sign in' again,  and so it goes round and round.  I must have signed in over 20 times this morning and still am nowhere closer to transferring MY OWN MONEY.  And good luck trying to find an actual phone number to call.  eBay make it almost impossible to tap to anyone... You just end up in endless death loops that take you back to where you started from.  Where is the customer service?  We are being treated like inconvenient jerks and not the actual lifeblood of the platform.  How long can this appalling service go on?  What on earth has turned what used to be almost a fun experience into a depressing nightmare that leaves you feeling sick with frustration and anger.  What is going on?

I've had that a couple of times, but not on that page - I can only suggest try different web browsers (not the app), and if they don't work try in private/incognito mode. Try typing in your username or email address in lower case, and typing your password, rather than using anything saved by the browser.

I totally agree! Ebay have made so many changes of late and all are not good for sellers.

For example, they abolished fees but then add a so called buyer protection fee, so we still have to discount our prices to cover this and it costs more than the fees they used to charge. Also, buyer protection fee sounds like some kind of insurance fee, but I still had to refund a buyer myself, not ebay from their fee. What exactly is that for? I don't know.

Anyway, I have been going aroundcthe sign in loop and have not arrived at withdraw.

I think they are keep our money to acrue interest on it. Imagine how huge the combined sum must be from all the sellers money on hold. What can we do? They just want us to spend it on ebay and not withdraw it. I preferred it when they payed out every Tuesday.
