Collection problem

I have bought an item which is collection only.  The seller has sent me a message stating they are on holiday and won’t be back for 10 days.  There was no vacation message on the seller’s account and I need the item urgently.  Is there anything that can be done?

Collection problem

Ask them if there is a friend or relative at home who could oversee the collection for them.    If not ask them to cancel the transaction.
