Can I see when the offered I sent to watchers of my will end or is it just a thing i need to remember?

Yes you can,  but you'll probably need a PC/Laptop to do this,  and not the app or mobile browser.  Use Chrome or Firefox they work best with eBay.

Then, click on your Active Listings.

From the tabs which appear near the top of the page far right click on Send Offers - sent

A list of all items you have sent offers to, will appear.

On the left select Review offer, and on the left,  you'll see the time left the offer has to run.

Offers to watchers last 48 hours. No idea why Ebay don't tell you this before sending offer!
