Account permanent restriction

Hi everyone

I got an email from ebey later in month of november which goes 

"We restricted your account because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community. 

This restriction means the following: 
- Your selling privileges are temporarily restricted. You won’t be able to create new listings or revise any listings that are live on our site. You also can’t register a new account at this time. 
- If you're a seller participating in managed payments, we are withholding your future payouts. You’ll start getting paid again after you resolve your restriction and your account is reinstated.
- Some of your listings may have been removed. You’ll find details of any listings we removed below. 
- Any fees paid or payable for listings that are ended and/or hidden from search will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.

To help us remove the restriction on your account, you’ll need to upload documentation showing that you purchased the item(s) recently listed on eBay. This can include a manufacturer's invoice or a receipt"

After submitting related information i recieved another email stated my account has been parmanently restricted! The information which i submitted was invoice of a product i purchased. Got an email like 

"We have completed an additional review of your account and show that your account was originally restricted because it was in violation of eBay policy and your behaviour posed a risk to the eBay community.

Because of this, we have decided that your account will remain indefinitely restricted from selling. We have taken this action out of concern for the safety and integrity of the eBay Community. Due to eBay policy, we cannot provide you with more specific information.

We understand that this situation may be frustrating; however, although future emails from you will be read, we will be unable to respond to any further requests to reinstate your selling privileges.

Can anybody clarify mistake i've done?

Nah i'm using this account as a private seller unfortunately

The unfortunate piece of information in the emails you received above, is the word ' permanent'.

This does mean a lifetime ban,  there's no comeback from it to sell on eBay again,  you may still be able to buy on it.

You will have to find another platform to sell from.
