That's the sort of thing you can't pay for with PayPal either.

Just withdraw the balance to your bank account and pay with your debit card.

that's not the point is it ? im an adult well over 21 and this is a legal product , and its my money not there's they are NOT my parents just a shop keeper 

plus you don't get your balance when you want it they make you wait and wait
