no pick up address

I ordered my first item from US to UK. I had to refer case to ebay as running late as mess up.  The parcel was sent to UK by DHL America the local courier was Evri. I asked ebay to get involved as seller very nice but said I needed to contact ebay as she could not get involved. I have now received tracking info under DHL tracking which says the item is now ready to pick up from pick up point burt does not say where or give up pick up code. I contacted ebay who said I should contact DHL. The matter is urgent as need to visit sick mum. I am not entirely sure whether to contacT DHL or Evri - who are hard to contact

Has Evri provided a tracking link or their own tracking number to you or the seller?

Does putting in the DHL tracking number into Evri tracking work at all/show anything?

Does the tracking in ebay show anything? (sometimes it takes a while to catch up)

Without knowing anything about their system, you would think they would be able to track it from the DHL number and/or whatever address the seller/DHL sent to.

It might be worth checking with the seller the exact address they sent it to. (Maybe they used the US version of the Global Shipping Program which would complicate things.)
