The seller advertised a Minolta Camera lens for Canon I purchase it thought was a Canon however when I receive it I contact the seller and report the lens wasn't what he advertised and I requested to return he refuse return by telling me he does not accept returns eBay closed my return request also wipe off the feedback I left on that seller So eBay supported a fraudster and punished me as a victim by telling me that my complain was decided by AI Been a member over 25 years on eBay I am not happy with the treatment.

are you saying you thought you were getting a canon lens - even though it says its a Minolta Lens? If that is the case - then I'd argue the product was as described
Or is it that the lens doesn't fit a Canon (which from the title the implication is it would)?
If its the second, A=all you need to do, if you believe the product is not as described, is open a return request stating Item not as described. the seller will then have to supplied a return label (or refund you).
But I note you did open a return request - so what was the reason for that return request?

You would have been expected to prove that "the lens wasn't what he advertised".
Unless your return request highlighted / proved how and why the listing was misleading, either deliberately or by omission, in the title, photographs, description or item specifics, then you would lose the decision.
If you honestly believe that you were misled then please specifically state the manner of the deception - can you still see the original listing and provide the item number, or perhaps a screenshot, remembering to redact all personal information and identifiers?

I am not sure where you are getting the 'prove' bit from?
Buyers don't have to prove anything.
I think the OP did a 'change of mind' return and the seller doesn't accept those.
Alternatively they opened a not as described case after the 30 window, or allowed an in time claim to time out.

The OP claims he was defrauded and that "the lens wasn't what he advertised" so that would require his "proving" or explaining this in relation to the original listing - that is, if he opened an INAD, rather than simply approching eBay for a change of mind return after the seller refused, which would seem unlikely but may well be the case owing to his apparent lack of understanding of how eBay works.
The OP also states "thought was a Canon" which I'm leaning toward being the true circumstances, and the original listing will show a Minolta lens with a Canon mount, or some such thing, leading to his misapprehension.
I'm awaiting a response from the OP / buyer which will hopefully clear up this ambiguity.
If there is any legitimacy to his claim of the seller being a "fraudster" then he can be advised to approach his payment provider to facilitate redress.
