how can i stop ebay pestering me with emails

how can i stop ebay sending emails to my email box, every day your parcel is posted,its on its way, seller ,this seller that,, its doing my head in  EBAY STOP SENDING EMAILS TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS I DO NOT WANT ANY COMMUNICATIONS WITH EBAY I BUY THAT'S ALL I WANT IF NOT CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

In your communication preferences use the edit button next to buyer preferences untick the boxes of the notifications you don't want.

This doesn't seem to work for stopping 'Ebay Community' emails. Or am I missing something?

Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the forums, then settings, in the personal profile tab

there is a checkbox ‘Do not email me’
