Hi All,
I have started a return with a seller and they have accepted and a label has come through. I cannot print labels so I asked CS for the QR code, I was put through to someone in the Dublin CS Returns Dept and she said she would E-Mail over the QR code. After hanging up, the E-Mail that came through was the postage label again.
I called CS back, got through to Returns Department again and this time the person told me that for a ParcelForce return they cannot issue a QR code.
(When I started the return it said somewhere that ebay can provide a QR code, so I don't understand why CS are saying they cannot).
Is this correct - is there anything I can do? (Other than finding a print shop in town to print the label at whatever extortionate amount they charge).
Thanks for any input!

Your local Public Library will offer reasonable rates to print something out.

According to Gemini
In the real world
"Many retailers use Parcelforce for returns and will email you a QR code"
"Yes, you can use a QR code to send a parcel with Parcelforce, but only for drop-offs at a Post Office"
BUT over in eBay`s world
"No, as of October 2025, eBay does not provide QR codes for Parcelforce shipping labels"

Thanks @messier44000, I guess that answers that.
