Hi, several times recently after a purchase I have received an email from "ebay - seller name" titled "How did your courier do?". When I open these emails they never have any content. I assume they are supposed to have some sort of grading system inside, e.g. award so many stars and make a comment, but I have never had one that had content. Is it just me, or does ebay have a system that just does not work?
Or are they not from ebay at all? I just checked the one I got today and it does not appear in my ebay "Messages" as a message "from ebay" or "from members". (But the purchase is a genuine recent purchase). I am wondering if I should delete them without opening them??
