eBay expert disaster

I sold a diamond tennis bracelet today , l had it valued and the jeweler wrote a report of the clarity of the diamonds

I sent the bracelet to the eBay expert for it to be verified before it goes to the eBay buyer

the EBay expert said the clarity didn’t match the clarity on my valuation documents from the jeweler

The expert didn’t however say what he thought the clarity was ,

They said l can advertise it again but need to adjust the clarity

why ,,,,, did the eBay expert not state the clarity if they say it doesn’t match ?

if l go back to my jeweler and he sticks by his valuation or if l get a second opinion and they state the same where does it leave me and the person who is disappointed who wanted to buy it ?

This is a really pathetic situation to be in because l would abide by the eBay experts opinion of the clarity and so would the potential purchaser , if the eBay expert had the common sense and gumption to state what they say the clarity is

this is absolutely mind blowing that eBay can hire an expert which I’m 100% in favour of but absolutely leave us , me and the purchaser in absolute turmoil

also I’m extremely disappointed with eBay by the fact it’s such a complete nightmare trying to get some form of help , no phone numbers no email just going around
