eBay International Shipping delays

I’m expecting a couple of baseball cards from the US, and the sellers have sent them out via the International Shipping Service. One got lost on the way to the hub, and the other took an age to be accepted at the hub and has since stopped. 

Has anyone else noticed delays lately? I’m trying not to panic, but I’m the anxious type.

Made my first order from the US on june 5th. It was attempted delivery yesterday when i was out and was successfully delivered today. It did take until the 13th to actually get an update that it had arrived at the international hub stateside to be shipped to the hub in uk, despite seller dispatching on the 5th, so 8 days to get from seller in LA to the hub in Illinois.
