Avoid using this seller as are infact based in China although appear to show as a UK seller with a deceptive ebay name. their products are cheap tat that do not last andthey have no genuine aftersales service. I'm sure there are many of these phony companies on ebay, its time they were closed.

This happens all the time, it's churlish to name and shame on here. You need to check location sellers are registered in that's all.
Buyer beware and all that.

Good to hear reply, I don’t agree. My elderly mum bought from this seller and appears to her to be a genuine UK seller. For many people who are elderly or not a lot of money these sellers catch them out as are deceptive and basically wrong.

Unfortunately this is the Drop Shop issue, where non-UK businesses send most of their stuff to a UK drop shop and that's where eBay marks the items location as. It should be stopped, but there's nothing illegal about doing so.

Oh give over with the emotional blackmail. I'm elderly - I know to check. You do realise that "the elderly" invented the internet don't you?
I never understand this faux concern for people over 65, stop infantalising my generation and older.
In addition whatever is wrong with Chinese sellers? You do realise China is about the only country with a manufacturing industry nowadays do you? Buying direct from China just takes a bit longer to receive that's all.
