Now eBay are claiming that we have paid Tax and not VAT! I can't get any explanation of what type of tax is being paid if it's not VAT on their services.
Looks like I have reached the end of the road in this case and will continue to report eBay to HMRC as I have exhausted all options of trying to resolve this with eBay.
