Hello Community. I purchased an item and it arrived, no problem. I subsequently wanted to 'Leave Feedback' but the link is greyed out and it's impossible to action. I've never had this problem before; I've left hundreds of feedbacks in the past. I tried to query this with eBay, about a week ago. No response. Does anyone have a possible solution? Many thanks.

Possibly you purchased as a guest and did not sign in to your account if so you will not be able to leave feedback !

You need to have an eBay account to be able to leave feedback after you've purchased an item. If you checked out as a guest, you won't be able to leave feedback about your experience.

Hi @colourpurple11 , thanks for your post.

If your seller is a Top-rated seller, you may need to wait at least 7 days to leave feedback.
If it's been more than that and still doesn't work, try from here .
Please ensure you've selected the overall rating (Positive/Neutral/Negative) as well as detailed rating and left a comment before submitting, otherwise that may be the reason it's grayed out.
If you made a purchase using a Guest account, you'll need to confirm your account before you can leave feedback (the email address used on the guest purchase would need to be different from the one you have on your registered account). Once Guest account is confirmed, you must be a member of eBay for more than 5 days to leave feedback for any user.

Hi Anita,

I have not been able to leave feedback for a couple of months now. Ebay promised to look into this for me and fix it. I 100% did not purchase as a guest.

Can you get your tech team to look into this for me please.
