Hoping someone can help me out here,I need to return a purchase of 3 vape batteries I bought as 2 of them are faulty.
I started the return request, clicked item is defective option but this is where I'm struggling.
You are asked to describe what the issue is & how the item differed which I have done but then I'm asked to provide a photo/photos which I don't see why I have to if the fault isn't visible.
The buttons don't work properly & stick constantly, tried to speak to a human & it seems you just can't do that any more (been quite a while since I returned something faulty) & everything is automated.
Tried the chat option as well, absolutely useless for my needs.
Thanks

Just add any photo - it doesnt matter if the fault is not visible, the button will be greyed out until a photo (any photo) is added
If you are still struggling, try using the internet browser (or a different browser) instead of the glitchy app and your problem should go away

Thank you.
Because this a new thing to me I was a bit concerned upoading a photo of the item in case ebay AI deemed it not to be faulty because no damage or fault is visible.

Just upload a photo of the batteries
Please be aware there are rules about posting batteries back
You MUST declare to the courier that they are batteries, they must be in their original packaging and many couriers will refuse to take them
If this happens come back and ask for more advice as we can help you get a refund if this is the case
You may not be required to post them back due to their hazardous nature (especially as they are *faulty* vape batteries!!) but will still get a refund.
