Hello All
So I bought something 3 days ago and normally I get emails from ebay as the item progresses through the system ("dispatched") etc.
But with this £90+ item I've heard nothing. So I went to ask the seller a question and got the message above. My question to my fellow and learned Ebayers is will my message to the seller have been delivered regardless?
And also, there are plenty of other items like it available. After being ignored for 3 days I'm thinking about just cancelling now so I can get the ball rolling bidding/buying on a new one. Worst case I'll be on the hook for the return postage if the buyer still sends it. Would that be the wrong thing to do either for me or for how I should behave on ebay ?

Just open a case for item not received the day after the expected delivery date.

Is anything useful shown on Royal Mail/Evri own site with the tracking number?
As it's the weekend, I personally would wait until end of Monday (at least) - but you can do as per message #2, as soon as that is available.

Copied below what the tracking says.
I received a message yesterday from the seller which says "Hi mate item will be posted this week end. Kind regards". About an hour of the weekend left.
Maybe its all fine and he'll post it and will turn out to be a great buy. But I'm a bit annoyed right now and thinking "neutral" feedback is what I should reach for....

Well he sent it today - 5 days after purchase. It is supposed to be delivered before tomorrow and yet he sent it tracked 48. He's got over 1000 feedback and 100% positive so I just don't understand it.
I think if it arrives ok but late and what I expected I'll give neutral otherwise negative.
