very bad seller, don't buy from them, i bought an air fryer from them, when i started using it the digital display started playing up after 2 months of usage, then 2 months later, the door handle fell off, i contacted them they said if i paid for the return they would refund me, i sent it back and for 3 months i have been trying to get my money back, they have ignored all my messages and have now blocked me, so i would advise don't buy their cheap tat

@dvdivo2012:  First of all go back to your purchase history and make a note of the date that you purchased the item.  Once you have done that work out how many days have passed between that date and now.  If it has been less than one hundred and twenty days since you paid for the item and you paid for it with a credit or debit card then contact your card provider straightaway and start a chargeback, as that way you should still stand a decent chance of being able to secure a total refund.
