I am really, really mad. I recently purchased some yellow crocs via this platform and when I received the item, they were the wrong size. The sizing error was on my part. I contacted the seller to ask if they would accept returns of these crocs. Although it states on their page that they do accept returns, they have now refused to accept returns stating they are in the process of re-organizing their warehouse and as such cannot accept a return. What can I do? These crocs are useless to me as they are the wrong size!

If their listing stated they accept returns and you are within the timeframe they stated then they have to accept the return.
have you opened a return request?

"they are in the process of re-organizing their warehouse" - This suggests they are a business seller and as such by law you are entitled to a change of mind return however you will probably be required to pay the cost of the return postage unless they are offering 'free returns'.
Check the seller's return policy to see how many days you have to effect this return from the day you received the crocs; it will generally be 14 or 30 days. If you are within the timeframe to return the crocs you need to open a change of mind return. Go to your purchase order and click on the drop down box named 'more actions' and click on return this item. Another drop down will ask you to check the reason, click on change of mind.
If you are outside the time frame for returning the crocs then I am afraid there is nothing you can do.

Look at their return policy on the listing, does it say for example Returns accepted within (14) days? If you are still within that period, go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select Return this item, the reason....Does Not Fit.
You need to pay for that fully tracked return postage.
Enter the tracking number into the case details. Check the tracking , Royal Mail has a Track & Trace online. Once tracking shows delivery, the seller has 48 hours to refund you. If they don't , you must escalate the case , eBay step in and force the refund.
If the seller ' steps away from rearranging their warehouse' listen to no excuse or promise they may make to close the case early, do not do this, just escalate if you need to , after that timeline.

Thanks @tressygirl . Not selling clothing I did not realise there was a 'Does not fit' option.
