Seller is a fraud

Don’t buy from this seller his products are faulty and he taunts you on messages instead of actually trying to help!!!

Re: Seller is a fraud

One every listing you can find eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.

If on receiving a faulty item,  the seller is not being helpful,  you message them no more but just open that return case for item not as described,  and escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand, eBay step in and force the refund.

You are not allowed to name and shame on this forum, your screenshot naming the seller,  may be removed.

Re: Seller is a fraud

When you leave Negative feedback keep it factual and follow eBay's feedback policies, this helps it stay visible to warn other buyers.

Re: Seller is a fraud

I know it keeps coming back or getting removed which is frustrating.
no I was out of the 30 day period as I couldn’t get my car booked into the garage until then but I messaged the seller the info and he just went straight on defensive calling me a liar but needless to say he hasn’t helped

Re: Seller is a fraud

Going off the seller name when it was there - they almost certainly look like a business trading as a private seller - given its car parts - i'd almost certainly report them to the companies local trading standards if you know the sellers address. Your purchase had no consumer protection.
