Seller has broken the transaction

Hi, yesterday I bought I nearly new Air fryer. Today the seller has informed me that their neighbour was requiring it more than me and has given it to them. But can’t figure out to give me a refund. Is there anyway I can escalate this so my refund is paid back quickly?

Seller has broken the transaction

Tell them to click on the dropdown menu arrow alongside the item on their orders page and select Cancel order.   The refund will be issued in the process.   Or you should be able to request a cancellation from your purchase history page.

If they don't cancel you will have to wait until the estimated delivery date on the listing has passed then select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:
