A buyer can only request a cancellation,  the seller does not have to oblige.

Did you buy this from a registered business seller,  preferably registered in the UK ?  Then,  they have to accept a return for a full refund,   but you will need to pay for the tracked return postage.

The alternative is to sell it on yourself.
