Returns Question

So I bought two items from ebay (jet wash nozzle parts). I bought them because I thought I had lost them.

Only after I bought them I found them in the boot of my car ..after cleaning it.

So I started the refund process on the two items.

The seller to save postage posted both the items in one package.

I slapped both the return (ebay easy labels) onto the package.

The post office could only scan one label.

Ebay thinks I have only started to return one item.

Yes I was being a bit lazy but what can I do now? I guess worst case is the sell says he's only received one item.

Re: Returns Question

If the seller only refunds for one you could reprint the unscanned label and use it to send them a reminder.

Re: Returns Question

How was the seller going to save postage on a change of mind return? The cost of return postage is down to you not the seller.
