i tried to place an order and got as far as payment but page was blank and therefore I couln’t Enter payment. What is wrong I managed to order two days ago and received those parcels today so why can’t I complete my order today. I wanted to phone and speak to you but couldn’t get through on any number

Did you receive any specific error message? Can you try clearing your browsing history, sign out and back in again. Also check your card details are correct.

We haven't had any further reports for this today. What browser are you using? A few other steps to try
1. Try removing the item from your basket and adding it again
2. Try from a different browser
If the issue still persists can you detail your steps of what you are clicking on and send a screenshot with your view.
