I want to enter new card details. The name on my bank card is in the format: "Mx A B Bloggs"

The form now asks for the name to be separated into forename and surname. Should I put "Mx A B" as forename and "Bloggs" as surname, or should I use my actual forename as forename? I'm concerned a payment will fail and I will be charged by my bank.

I'd put your actual forename .... forename.  Andrew.   surname  Bloggs.

I wouldn't worry about the card saying Mr. A.B.  There's usually quite a lot more ways for various computers to link you and your cards and accounts....  it's unlikely to cause huge problems!

"unlikely to cause huge problems!" It rather depends on what you mean by "unlikely" and "huge". I've no real need to buy from ebay, so I'll just stop using it until ebay makes it clear what is required.
