Over 18 purchased

I want to purchase a secateurs but the system says I must prove I'm over 18. I don't want to give my card details, I always pay with Paypal. Anyway of dealing with this?

Unfortunately, ebay will only accept the information of a credit card in your name to show proof of over 19 for bladed articles.

You don't have to pay with the card - but you would need to have a credit card and provide proof of this to purchase the secateurs.
