Order not being delivered

So basically on Sunday I bought a gaming monitor, and now it's been 3 days but the delivery company still hasn't received it and I've contacted the seller and he has said he will try to post it but it has been 3 days. What do I do? I'm worried it might be a scam.

Order not being delivered

One day after the last estimated date for delivery,  but wise to perhaps wait a few days more,  you can open a case for item not received for a full refund , if you do not receive your item.

If this happens just proceed this way:

Go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

As long as you paid via ebay you are fully covered and have up to 30 days from the estimated delivery date to get a full refund if necessary.

So if you don't get the item check the estimated delivery date on the listing and when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/get-help-item-hasnt-arr...
and escalate it to eBay 3 complete working days later to get your money back.

Please do read the posts on this subject [above].  EBay predicts a "latest date for delivery" and when past you can open a case for non-delivery.   In my view the seller needs to post the item as quickly as possible and does not seem to have done so!

Do not contact the seller.  Open the case when you can and under no circumstances close the case on any promise.  If you do close it you cannot reopen.    The case is largely automatic.

The seller will need to prove to eBay [by tracking] that delivery has been carried out - or at least attempted - else you will get a refund.   @blabos_4
