Here's a new feature I noticed , as today is Day 1 of eBay Balance.
When you click on an item to view or buy, you will see.... Shop with your £** eBay balance . If you have any money there!
Quick way too, I suppose for sellers not withdrawing their payouts immediately, to see what has 'accumulated' !

It's all gone wrong, hasn't it!
1. Messages.
2. Automatic payments to sellers.
3. And now I've accepted a counter-offer on an item but it's still not SOLD. (It's still listed as Buy Now, so the person who's made me the counter-offer may lose it after all. Sheeeessshhh!
Ebay might as well pack up and cancel everything. All buyers' and all sellers' accounts just trash the lot. In 19 years I have never been so exasperated with Ebay. Let me guess. A.I. has taken over the whole proceedings? That would screw everything up and throw it all in the waste bin.

With regard to the payments thing, we now have to go search for Payments and then find Withdraw. When the total reverts to £0. You have to type in the amount to get the system working in your favour. Oh, it's all gone mad. Who on Earth has allowed these ridiculous changes? Or is it the A.I. bot and they all bow down and praise the thing. We're all doomed.

'We're all doomed..!'
I feel the same. It certainly wouldn't surprise me to wake up one morning to find the AI thingy had indeed taken over, and wiped out all our accounts... 'elevate your buying & selling experience with the new-look fresh start...'
I would think most sellers would rather have the option of their money going straight into the bank, rather than have to spend time fiddling around withdrawing funds from this new eBay balance system.

Going on a few weeks since the eBay Balance started.
I pay for postage from my eBay funds - which is great.
but
I was purchasing an item recently & tried to pay from my eBay balance. It would not pay from my balance as I now realise it is not available for Business Sellers to pay for purchases, so I had to pay via Pay Pal - not great.
I think this option should be available.
