My parcel shows as awaiting collection but I collected it four days ago.

I went to the collection point on 3rd September and collected a parcel, the bar code was scanned off my phone (and on the parcel, I think). But eBay still shows it as awaiting collection and I've just had a reminder to collect by 10th September.  Do I need to do anything, or will it sort itself out when they try to return it on the 10th and find it's not there?

Hopefully it will sort itself out.   You should let the seller know in case they're worrying.   If the collection point isn't too far away maybe go back with the bar code and get them to re-scan it.

Hi Marco,

Order number is 14-13519-50690, I've just checked and it's still showing as "Ready for collection" and "Your order is ready to be picked up."

I did inform the seller yesterday in case they needed to do something, they replied and said they would raise it with you also.
