Hello, a few days ago I made an inquiry about my purchase of a Seiko watch. I haven't received it yet. I don't know what's going on with the suppliers. They haven't even tried to deliver it. When I received an email saying they would deliver it, I waited for them all day at home. I wasted my working hours waiting for them. I made another reservation to have it delivered today, the 28th, and they still haven't arrived. What's going on with my money and my shipment? If they don't deliver it in a day or two, Please return my money immediately!!!!

You'll have to contact the seller this is a members forum.

Enter the tracking number on Royal Mail site.
You will see delivery was attempted on 24/04 and you can arrange a redlivery

Sorry mate, but please be merciful to seller, it is NOT seller's fault if delivery is postponed. This is my opinion. I do not mock my sellers this way. Even if the item is delivered 1 month later, I still give seller positive feedback if the item is described. Facts!

It looks as if Royal Mail has tried twice to deliver it. The first time, on 17th April, they said the address was inaccessible. They tried again on the 24th but said there was no answer. It looks like RM are waiting for you to arrange collection or delivery. Was the address on the label your current address?
The item was despatched on 16th April. Does the non-delivery mean that ebay haven't forwarded the funds to the seller yet?

Not sure why it's now at Romford DO instead of Harrow DO though. I'd be inclined to get RM to send it to Harrow DO and then go and collect it, if that would be easy for you to do.

You are talking to other eBay members here like yourself. No one here, has access to your account or sales to direct any deliveries.
If an item is undelivered, it will go to a nominated sorting office and it stays there usually for 18 days, waiting for your instruction either to resend to you, or for you to go and collect the item from that sorting office.
If you do neither the item may be returned to the seller, if there's a return address, but importantly you would lose all eBay protection for any refund as an attempted delivery was made.

I'm sorry we / I haven't explained this clearer.
You are on a member to member forum.
There is no one from eBay here, we are eBay members like yourself.
We have no access to your account to action any message.
Go to the sorting office, take some ID, and you'll be able to collect your item.

"Look, I wrote to them on Friday and they said they could deliver it on the 28th at the earliest. That was yesterday and they still haven't delivered it."
Read the tracking data. Rightly or wrongly, RM has no record of you arranging a delivery on the 28th. The tracking data says that they are awaiting you to contact them.
"Please contact them and arrange for them to deliver it to me."
I am a member, no different to yourself. Ebay wouldn't sort this out either. Only you can sort it out by contacting Royal Mail, and as I advised above, arranging a collection is probably the best option. Since the item is at Romford DO and you're in Harrow, you might want to arrange for it to be sent to Harrow DO to collect.

Just had a thought, in case there's a misunderstanding... "member of ebay" doesn't mean "member of ebay staff". Anyone who buys and/or sells on ebay is a "member of ebay". Ebay staff don't get involved in threads on these forums.
The people answering your posts are just trying to help you do what you need to do to get your parcel, and to understand that we are not ebay staff.
I can only suggest further that you go down to the Royal Mail sorting office - with ID showing your name and address - and tell them what's happened to see if they can sort it out. But I am not a member of ebay staff, I'm just trying to make a sensible suggestion to resolve your problem - it's what I would do under the circumstances.

Look at the top of this page, it says... Help from the Community. I am a member who buys on eBay just like you. The members helping you on this thread do not work for eBay.
We re experienced members who spend some time voluntarily, helping other members.
Your item has been returned to the courier's sorting office, I don't think you need to speak to the courier, find out where their sorting office is, then either go there to collect the item , or inform them to resend it.

PS. You should check the above addresses on Google yourself. Also take with you to the Delivery Office any messages that you've got, eg to show that you had arranged delivery for the 28th.

Excellent ! 😊
I do like a happy ending, and hope it continues so, with you retrieving your item in the sorting office!
