Leaving negative feedback.

First post, so I purchased some printer ink on 9th November 2025, latest delivery was meant to be Thursday 13th November, contacted seller Saturday 15th November they said it had been dispatched give it until next Friday 21st November.  Come 21st and nothing had arrived, I asked ebay to step in and within about an hour the case was decided in my favour, full refund, so far so good.  I left the seller negative feedback mentioning nothing arrived and I won the dispute getting a full refund, (that may have been the mistake).  24 hours later and the feedback I left for the seller has vanished.  What's the point ?

If you mentioned the word ' refund or case', any eBay involvement,  in your feedback this breaks feedback rules,  and the seller can ask for it to be removed.

Seems this is what happened here.

Because Simple Delivery is eBay's responsibility, they protect the Seller against Negative or Neutral feedback relating to late, lost, or damaged in transit items.

Did you go straight to the feedback link of the seller?  If so, that will not show your neg, you have to click on the neg hyperlink (underlined) to see it.

That was my experience anyway from chrome in mobile mode

Mentioning a refund or case doesn't break eBay's feedback rules any more.  That clause was removed from the 'Feeback Policy' over a year ago.

The OP's feedback will have been removed for the reasons stated by @style_wise.
