Item still awaiting dispatch, ebay estimate for delivery window 2 days left

I bid and won an a record last thursday, paid straight away as i always do.

I did ask the seller about paying extra for recorded 48 delivery - no reply,

even though he states on his auction please ask about delivery options.

Contacted seller again about delivery options on the sunday - still no reply!

It's now Tuesday, still awaiting dispatch!   ebays estimated delivery window

is between mon 4th - thurs 7th.  Do i wait until Friday 8th and file an INR ?

There was no dispatch time listed in his auction.

You have to wait until 1 day past its latest estimated delivery date before you can open a INR case.

Some sellers may not always mark items as dispatched, although its good practice to do this, so its quite feasable that the item is actually on its way to you. When the listing is live it does actually show the dispatch time (you click the postage payments and returns tab) however once paid for it removes that snippet of info. IF your EDD (is this week) like you suggest leave it til the 8th at least. Some of Ebay's estimated delivery times are optimistic at best. So give the seller a chance to get the item to you.

The seller has two other items, they say 3 days for dispatch time.  Unless the seller is stalling sending

and waiting for me to file an INR and i get a refund, and then relist the item i won in his auction for a

higher price (which no one bid on first time around).  I will wait and see what happens in the next 2-3 days.
