Item sold which doesn't appear in my ebay

There last 2 items one buying and one sold in April 25. The bought one I have received  but it isn't in my purchase history.

The one thing I sold also isn't in my Ebay selling, ( in fact there isn't even a selling tab).

I am constantly being contacted via email regarding this. When I try to click on for example print post label takes me to a window that says technical error please try later.

The is one email which says you need to update my account info when I click it takes me to login. I do this ok update the info ok. But still no items appear, and still unable to print label etc

Another thing from on email where it says it's sold. It says me the seller is

ba-661433 (2) joined 2019 this isn't me. I am B*****K10 and I joined 2003.

Something is definitely wrong here.

I have replied to the emails sent but no reply from Ebay.

Re: Item sold which doesn't appear in my ebay

The one you bought and received may have made as a Guest Purchase, hence nothing will show in your Purchase History,  as your eBay account was not used.

This link will show you how to retrieve your order details and how to proceed should you need to later,  for a refund:

As for seeing a different username ID , there is something odd happening here, and for this you need to contact eBay Customer Services,  as they have full access to your account, and report your findings to them.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
