This is the 2nd time this has happened to me.
The first time this happened was when Whistl acted as intermediary for CDs sent from Germany, apparently under those circumstances Whistl count an item as delivered once the package is transferred to Royal Mail (RM) at customs. When the CDs did not arrive and there was no movement on the RM site, the AI told me the package had been delivered and I could not claim a refund. The CDs arrived several days later.
This 2nd item had just been received by Royal Mail yesterday, from a UK seller, and eBay send me an email saying item delivered and put that on my account. So I am back in the same position, unable to contact anyone from eBay to discuss this because the item is said to have been delivered to my home!!
How do I get eBay to even look at my problem when they appear to believe I don't have one?
