Item it too big

Hi I've got complaint, about what I bought,it was too big and I've asked refund.i want to return it but seller just making excuses.would you help me.

Is there seller a registered business, preferably a UK one ?   Check this on their listing.

Then,  they have to receive the item back for the reason you're quoting,  but you need to pay for the fully tracked return postage.

If this is a Private seller with a No Returns on their listing,  then they will not have to accept a return for the reason....  ' Too big'.

Have you opened a case ? If not do so now

As a last resort contact customer service we cannot help we are members like you they will be able to help

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
