I bought a battery for macbook air with 5 year waranty after only 14month it is almost goosed

AS above tried contacting seller POWER-WINGS 2020  3 timed and no response. this seller has warranties on all their battery and looks like it a selling gimmick. I have tried to get EBAY to something they dont see anything wrong with POWER-WINGS 2020 post.Is there anything else i can try?

As you realise not from eBay who have a 30 day MBG  Money Back Guarantee policy.  Payment providers usually have a 120 day cover so that avenue is closed too.

Did you by chance by the item from a UK registered business who offered a 5 year guarantee and now not up holding this ?   

Then,  you can turn to Citizens Advice if you wish to take this further.

Sorry ebay don't get involved with warranties.   Their deadline for claims is only 30 days.    Contact your payment provider and see if they can help.
