I’ve been trying to return an item (“not as described”) but, as usual, an eBay 'system' isn’t working.
I’ve filled in the reason, added appropriate comments and added a scan of the item but the “Continue” button remains blank and inactive - so can’t proceed any further.
I can’t get a return label - so have to spend time and contact the seller.
This unnecessary and unwanted hassle just adds to the frustration of using eBay nowadays.
Fortunately, this is one of the very good businesses - but what happens if it wasn’t? I’d be stuffed - I’d have an item which is useless and not a penny of my money.
I’m sure I’m not alone in finding the site increasingly frustrating to use which will lead me to using it less and less - much to the detriment of decent sellers (through no fault of their own).
Rant over - my apologies.

Did your scan register as adding a photo?

Jut the usual - selected INAD, added a photo/scan (and comments in appropriate box).
And this time - nothing.
It's OK for this item because I've dealt with the seller many times previously - so I've no worries in that respect.
It's just frustrating - yet again - when you follow the procedures etc and all that's waiting for you is a brick wall.
Not the first time - and no doubt the last - but the more it keeps happening, the less likely it becomes to use the site.
Thanks anyway.
