GSP - Tracking info not updating

First of all sorry, this is my first time buying through GSP.

I bought an item this Monday 17th of February through GSP. Seller confirmed they sent the package, and provided me with the Royal Mail tracking number, which shows it arrived at the eBay hub today and it has been signed as received by GSP, yet eBay's tracking info shows as if the seller didn't ship the item yet.

I have the step 2 (hub to me) tracking number, but not any info on the step 1.

Is this a common thing?

How much does it take approximately for eBay to scan the package in their hub after receiving it and showing it as "arrived at our international hub"?

I have sent several things through GSP this month and it seems that they are not updating tracking. This is not helpful for the buyer or seller. 

The first item was delivered and luckily the buyer left feedback. 

It seems asthough ebay is stringing out patments for everyone and failing to fulfill their obligations.

GSP used to give you tracking numbers as soon as you purchase the postage label through ebay.

In my opinion, the whole ebay system in falling apart. I'm spending far too much time chasing orders and trying to release my funds and finding out where my 48 tracked items are.

Time to call it a day.

Royal mail tracking has been hit n miss this last week.

today their tracking webpage isnt responding at all far as i can see.

Rm facebook page is no longer receiving public comments  about their services either.

whole worlds in a mess right now.
